Missing Sidewalk Cap

There is a missing sidewalk cap on the Chapel Street end of 25 Monroe. The management company (Cass Hill Development) at this location placed a safety cone over the hole as a safety precaution. This is a pedestrian safety hazard and will become an impediment for snow clearing when winter arrives. Would someone please come install a cap or cover over this hole?
