Trash and weeds in the street. Ticket 15376008 was closed saying not a violation. Therefore taking another route. Trash is gathering in the weeds, this is providing a food source for all the wild life running around here. Skunks, Raccoons, Muskrats, Rats and stray Cats. How is this not a quality of life issue.
